By accessing and using SolarPulse's lead generation and advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

SolarPulse provides lead generation and social advertising services that help businesses identify, target, and connect with qualified prospects across multiple advertising channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services operate on a performance-based pricing model:

• Facebook & Instagram campaigns: $40 per qualified lead
• LinkedIn Professional campaigns: $50 per qualified lead
• Google Ads Premium campaigns: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due only for leads that meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria. No upfront fees or monthly minimums are required.

4. Lead Qualification

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who has actively engaged with your campaign by clicking, filling out a form, requesting more information, or demonstrating clear purchase intent. Our AI qualification system ensures each lead meets your specific criteria before billing occurs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their target audience and business goals
• Responding to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing necessary access to social media accounts and advertising platforms

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or sales outcomes. Lead quality and conversion depend on various factors including your sales process, product offering, and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to SolarPulse remain our exclusive property. Clients retain ownership of their business information and marketing materials provided to us.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed only for qualified leads delivered up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

SolarPulse's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
